Un vino blanco del Bierzo

Official recognition by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment and technical development following the strict criteria stipulated by the quality contests make the Baco Awards an international reference in terms of wine competitions.

The 2013 crop was considered as a complicated vintage in El Bierzo (León) where technical decisions were decisive for the production of wines. We had to weigh adverse climatology and carefully plan the harvest. This wine was made with 100% grape godello from vineyards located at 550 meters altitude in El Bierzo. The process of elaboration consisted of a maceration of 48 hours and a fermentative process of 15 days. Later we had the wine in contact with its lees for 5 months.

Sensorially it is a fresh and authentic wine. Yellow straw with greenish reflections. Frank and intense aroma with memories of exotic fruit, wild flowers and a spicy background. In the mouth it is unctuous, fresh and pleasant with a delicate finish.
